Meet the Mind Behind Wonder Cubs!
Wonder Cubs was built by M. Divya, who blends business with a love for education. After earning a top management degree from IIM, she chose a different path, using her skills to transform how young children learn and grow. While others chased corporate jobs, she focused on creating a preschool where kids thrive through play and discovery. Her quest for holistic development had taken her to IIM, which taught her to plan strategically, but her true passion lies in seeing children laugh, explore, and fall in love with learning.

Meet the Principal
An educator, mentor, learner and a listener. She wears many hats yet keeps the little cubs at the centre of it all. Certified by Cambridge in teaching and learning, Harika is a passionate pre-primary educator. She's a M.Tech gold medalist but her favourite questions come from four year old cubs. She's a seasoned phonics mentor, making sure they start their learning fundamentals the right way and at their own pace. Her teaching methods and curriculum focus on creating an environment suitable for the overall holistic development of the little cubs.

Her passion lies in creating a space for younglings to develop holistically. Saritha Manohar Reddy is an entrepreneur and an early-education enthusiast. As a devoted mother, she understands what parents want for their children. A preschool that understands and teaches their little cubs the right way, at a pace that ensures their foundations are set in place. A place where cultivates the passion for learning. With this in mind, she made it her calling to bring it to life. As a franchise owner, she ensures everything aligns with the standards Wonder Cubs promises to provide for the younglings.

Meet the Founder of Töölö
From flipping through storybooks with her son in public libraries across the US to building a community of young readers, Sheetal More Shah’s journey began with her love for books. A seasoned retail leader who held key managerial roles in the apparel industry, she chose to step away from the corporate track and build something concrete for early reading when she saw how books sparked curiosity in her own children. So she took the matter into her own hands and founded Töölö (a Finnish term for 'neighbourhood'). Now, she’s on a mission to inculcate early reading and bring the magic of reading communities to children in India. Her goal is to create a space where little cubs can lose themselves in stories, find new worlds, and grow a lifelong love for reading together.
